All I did was lay the lid on top of MDF and trace around it. Then i took my 3/8" round-over bit and use my router to round the edges.

So, what did you do for the enclosure?? The board looks nice, don't get me wrong, but, what about the box?

looks slick man..i woulda sunken the amp and sub abit lower..so its flush with the board..maybe use plexiglass over it so u could still use it for cargo without ruining anything
