They had a few of these at the Autorama in Detroit. They are puting the LS2 and the LS7 in both of those vehicles. This is an after market thing that I would love to try and drive. The Miata also gets the 302 Ford and the 4.6L ford
If God didn’t want us to eat meat, why did he make the cow so slow? (Ever eaten a cheetah-burger? Nope. And you never will.)

I would so pay that for the car. Then roll up to the Boxter S people, whom I consider the Boxster to be a Porsche wannabe, just like the 900 class Porsche back in the day. Poor Mans Porsche. Anyways, roll up and blast em with my V8 Saturn Sky, how sick!

From what I can remember for the pricing of the engine, tranny and the new engine frame mounts This is about $25000 for the LS2 and $30000 for the LS7. This is on top of the car cost.

all i can say is that if i had a LOT of money, like a lot a lot, we'd own about 8 different cars, trucks, etc. though i don't think i could ever spend $40K+ for one car, I can see myself buying several cars under that price, all meeting different needs: Tundra Truck for hauling, my LGT for my track car, STI hatch for daily driving and work, Saturn SKY redline for autox. maybe a BMW in there somewhere for added creature comfort and an SS Trailblazer (perhaps instead of the Tundra). I don't know... i love too many cars! ha ha ha!
