Kumho ECSTA DX Aroma Tires?

I was reading my new edition of Time magazine when this ad jumped out at me. Kumho is putting out tires that smell like lavendar, orange, or jasmine. I'm not sure why these are needed?Any thought from anybody?Mikehttp://www.kumhousa.com/pressrelease.do?newsId=156

The press release says they are targeted towards woman. Residents of San Francisco may also be interested.

those color smoke tires are pretty cool. dont see them around very much.

I'm voting for steak or pizza tire smell!!!On a similar note: They make stuff you can put in your nitro fuel mixture for RC vehicles that makes it smell like vanilla, grape, root beer, etc.http://www.cooperfuels.com/nitroscent.htm

Ok, I'll bite. I'm a girl, and WHY do I want my tires to smell like lavender? My sheets yes, my house maybe, but my TIRES? I don't get it.
