Anyone try painting their grill yet?

Post by MJN2 »

Saw a frosty vibe this morning that had the upper grill painted white to match. Looked pretty slick.Just wondering if anyone else thought of doing this?

I think a silver/chrome type of look would be about all we people with the darker colors could do with ours. Folks with lighter colors could paint them to match and, at least from the one I saw, would look really good.

I think I'm going to take a pic of the front of mine, then photoshop the grill silver.See how it looks before I decide if I want to do it or not.

This does sound really cool. I have a non-monotone frosty, and I think I'd like to paint the grill. Anyone know if it is easily removed? Where could I get matching paint?

It's not hard to remove, i had to remove half of it to mount my new horns. Take a look at this this thread:http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=531&page=2

Well, I've found out two things:1.) I suck at using Photoshop 2.) The more I look at my Vibe, the more I think painting the upper grill Neptune to match the car would actually look pretty good.Anyone else want to try photoshopping a grill? lol
