Installed the Stebel Nautilus Compact Horn today. DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THE CAR WITH THE HOOD UP AND HAVE SOMEONE HONK THE HORN, UNLESS YOU ARE WEARING EAR PROTECTION! At 139db, that sucker is LOUD.http://www.stebel.it/stebel/index2007.htm

I was afraid you would ask me that, I don't know how. You can hear it at Stebel's web site. After making the connections, I got in, closed the door and with windows up, did a 1-2 second test blast (in the garage). In an instant, wifey is at the back door yelling "(removed) was that, a train?" We both had big silly looking grins. Gonna order another one tomorrow for the Vue.

An audio clip would really be subjective. The Stebel Nautilus is rated at 139db. I don't know the OEM horn db rating but it's not as loud as the Stebel. What db are Fiamms rated at?

I think my FIAMMS (he, i see i misspelled it in my last post) are rated at 132db or close... But i was looking at Fiamms site and they don't have a rating???? I might ahve to look at the Stebels though, i could get 2-3 of them under the hood of the Vibe...
