difference between gt and base throttle body

I currently have an aFe intake system for my '04 base vibe. My question is what are the differences between the gt and base intake systems? Is the throttle body larger on the gt than on the base and that's it? When I recieved the intake system, I noticed that it came with two different sized links that hook up to the throttle body. One fits the base and the other is larger than the base throttle body.

the 03 GT is almost identical to the 03-04 base vibe CAI except one vacuum hose. you'd have to plug that, but otherwise that's it. the 04 GT+ will not fit because of an air pump or something they added.
