Retrofitting a rear wiper

I am retrofitting a wiper in my Matrix. So far I have:1. Installed the motor and verified it works by suppling power to it.2. Installed the factory column switch that has the rear wiper option. 3. Checked the rear wiper motor fuse to make sure it was there and not blownAny ideas on what I might be missing? Does anyone have a wiring diagram?Also what is P/W on the fuse block (located under the steering wheel)?Thank you, Rob

you know what would be a cool mod..is to have the rear hatch window slide down into the actual hatch..some trucks have it..i know my buddies hummer H2 has it..it's nice
