DRL Options?

Post by josholiver1 »

It seems funny to me that when you look at vehicles from year to year GM Changes the style of DRL's on the same vehicles from turn signal to head lamp to low voltage high beam. Why do they change them from year to year?ANd more important question is there anyway to easily convert the DRL's from low voltage headlamps, to the foglamps instead of the head lamps or even better the turnsignals? I currently have a HID system installed and DRL's dissabled. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I remember that some Matrix owner modified their car so that the DRLs turned on the fog lights, instead of the headlights halfway, but I can't remember who that was. Whelan? Mase? some other trixster? hard to search for DRL and fog when the search tool doesn't like three letter words
