Cai - TRD or Injen ? or another?

Seems like they are similar, I want the best available.What are the pluses and minuses of both?Which do you have? would you buy it again or another? What kind is best and why?Is there a better one?

From the dynos that I have seen, they all are really close in performace. Personally, I went with an Injen intake because of the color I could get and the recommendations that I have got from other members here. I have not been disappointed. Your best 'designed' CAI would be TRD just because it is basically a Toyota. I'm not sure that I've seen dynos on all of them, Injen - TRD - AEM, but they are probably really close.It is more or less up to personal preference. TRD only comes in Candy apple red. AEM and Injen come in polished, red and blue. Price on how much you could get each would also play a part for anyone looking to buy it.I personally would have gotten an Injen CAI when I initially saw the $250 or so price for the TRD CAI. Then the price was lowered by someone else and basically the whole gap between prices from TRD - Injen/AEM vanished...I would recommend getting any of the 3.-Slink

I know someone who just switched from an Injen to a TRD. He said that he liked both. The Injen gave the car a slightly deeper sound but I am sure the power gains are very similar.I bought the used Injen from him and can't wait to get it installed.

He's sponsored by TRD. I edited my original post because I realized it sounded like he was putting down the TRD which he wasn't doing. I am sure the power gains on all 3 CAI's are very similar. I know the AEM and Injen are very close. I haven't seen a dyno on the TRD yet. I guess choosing one would just come down to personal choice. I don't think you could say that any of them are better than the other. I can't wait to get mine installed. Will hopefully get it done this weekend.
