I have no idea where I put it . I do know it is available in pdf online...somewhere but I would like it readily available in my glove compartment. Can it be orderd from the dealer ? Or...

I misplaced mine and got one for my '03 on eBay for $10 including shipping. Later the lost was found so I have one for my glovebox and one for my bookcase.
