Finally a Batman that sticks around for more than one. Michael Keaton was a POS for leaving the series even though it was comicy. The new one is just incredible!!

Have you guys seen the new bat 'vehicle'? It's soo badass! It's mostly a motorcycle, with HUGE suv size tires. probly taken of the 'other car'. Each tire has it's own engine. You steer it by putting your hands and arms in these pod thingys and I think it's like a type of joystick to control it. There's like 2 machine guns on either side of the front tire. You thought the chrysler tomohawk was bad? This thing is crazy!Go here to check it out http://videoeta.com/news/2299

Word on the street (or TV, as I got it from G4), is that the new vehicle is called the "batpod." They had some leaked video of it being driven, and it looks amazing. Can't wait to see it in action.I personally (no G4 on this opinion) believe that they're going with Heath as the Joker because of his smile. It's nice and wide and shows lots of teeth, which means he won't need a prosthesis like Nicholson did. Also less comic-bookish and more horrifyingly real. We'll see if he'll do it, but it'll be cool all the way around.
Looking forward to this already... I read something quite some time ago talking about Heath being the Joker, I hope it stays that way. I like the "darker" route they are taking with the movie, much closer to the comics and doesn't look as fake as some of the previous Bat ficks.

I liked the original Michael Keaton BATMAN, but they went down hill fast after that. I really like this newest series. It's true to the comics. Dark!

I thought keaton made a pretty good BATMAN. The BATMAN movies really started sucking hard after he left. Christian Bale does a great job, too. George Goonie was the worst BATMAN of all. All I could here was a giant sucking sound coming from the movie theater! Adding Robin was the icing on the sucking cake. I sure they keep him out of this series.

When they first announced that Michael Keaton was going to play Batman, I honestly thought he'd be terrible. He ended up being the best movie Batman ever. Considering Jack Nicholson's Joker is a tour de force, that's saying something.Maybe I've been influenced by the "Kingdom Come" series, but I think the best Batman would have been portrayed by James Arness (Sherriff Matt Dillon in Gunsmoke).

I thought the same thing. I always thought of him as kind of goofy, but when he put on the BATMAN suit, he really nailed the part. And how about the BATMOBILE from that first movie? I still have my little BATMOBILE Matchbox car.
