I have a 2003 Vibe with 31K miles. I just had my tires rotated and now I have a front end tire noise. I had the brakes checked and a four wheel alignment done. (I can't believe after 31k miles of city driving across railroad tracks and chuck holes in MI how little my alignment was off). Anyway it sounds like something is rubbing and I only hear it at very low speeds. Is it a tire problem or could I possibly have a rotor that is out of round. I am puzzled because I never had the sound until I had the tires rotated.
rotate your tires back and see if the noise goes away. if it does, its your tires making the noise. probably only noticeable now since your rear are now on the front.

Could be debris between the wheel and rotor, and don't forget about the hub-centric wheels this could cause a problem if you have aftermarket wheels with the plastic hub spacer. Then there is the question of proper lug nut torque. These are the first things I would check.
