blinker relay

Post by Digger »

I picked up some LED bulbs. anyone know if our relay is load limit on the low end is? the LED bulb is 3 watts. Not sure if I will need to get a new relay or use a load resistor to make the blinking work at the right speed.

One thing is for sure, make positive you put the neg and pos. with the right side of the bulb connector. LEDs will blow in .2 seconds if not done properly.

If your flasher is an 8 pin like the toyotas, then this might work, if not check the site for other versionshttp://frickinbrite.com/catalo...d=296no need for a load resistor.
