An answer to all our Vibre-rattle problems!

Post by Atomb »

I bet they could make a mint from the income generated by potential Vibe owners!! http://www.rattlebuster.com/
I have signatures turned off so I'm not even sure what mine says in this space!

OR.... you could put in a rap CD and turn the bass all the way up Quote »Q8. If I buy the rattlebuster product and turn the volume up to max and damage my speakers, will you pay for the cost of replacement? At no time should the user turn up the volume to the max setting as this is very likely to damage your vehicles speakers (regardless of which CD you have playing) and more importantly, "it could seriously damage your hearing"riddle me this... what's the point in having a maximum volume if you're not supposed to use it? hmmm? haha

That is nice, but you would be MUCH better off with a copy of Shefield Labs "My Disc" or "Drive" OR "Coustic Test Disc"All of these are test discs, Drive IIRC is all music where My Disc has MANY, and i mean MANY different sound systems test AND various music for testing... Coustic is similar to My Disc..Shefield Labs is world renound for having some of the BEST recordings on earth... http://www.regnar.com/Sheffield%20Recor ... mCurrently the site is listing that the headquarters is under construction, so all titles sold out, but with a little searching, they shouldn't be hard to find... ANYBODY i mean ANYBODY that is into audio, SHOULD have at least one of these discs...

No rattles with my 04 Base. I will assume I'm blessed.

But other cars we've had did already develop rattle issues in the first year. Worst (by far) was our '75 VW Rabbit, but so far the Vibe has also been better than an '84 Stanza, '87 Corolla, and '97 Camry.

No rattles here and mine's 5 years old. I don't consider my brake noise a rattle - thats a whole other can of worms.
