Ditto, on CONGRATULATIONS. I'll bet that puppy feels like a new car with more power. Now, take that monthly car payment and put it in a growth mutual fund. In another 4 yrs you'll have enough money to pay cash for your next car, or something else. Again, congratulations.

Thanks everyone!Definately going to try to invest some of my money now. That's not to say I'm not going to try to do any mods which I've managed to resist all these years. Nothing too ambitious, maybe a CAI.

well, once the mod bug bites, it's hard to resist! but a CAI is always fun! go with the Injen though, not too many people with CEL issues.

Urgh! You're right about the bug bite! And I'm in the bug busting business too!First mod done, I went with the Cosmo CAI because the local authorized Injen dealer was less than helpful. He insisted there was only one CAI model for all Vibes. That and the Cosmo was less spendy, not like that's an issue considering what I've spent already and am looking at spending.Quote, originally posted by AKLGT »well, once the mod bug bites, it's hard to resist! but a CAI is always fun! go with the Injen though, not too many people with CEL issues.

I have about 3.5 years left to pay on mine. I've already thought about getting rid of it for a cheaper monthly payment but I really like the car. I've never actually kept a car long enough to pay it off but from a financial standpoint it would be best if I do and be able to live without a car payment!
