Mobil 1 Synthetic oil on sale

Just saw an ad at Advance Auto Parts and they are selling Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil for $17.99 a gallon. Sounds like a GREAT deal to me! Don't know how long the sale is on for but I would think you could stock up on it as oil doesn't go bad, does it? You might check you local Advance Auto Parts store for the sale.

Just found out that this spectacular price is good untill the 28th of this month. Plus they are selling Mobil 1 oil filters for $8.88 I think.

The way better deal at AAP is gallons of Valvoline Synpower for $9.95 each on closeout. Picked up 3g yesterday.

Anyone ever look at Amazon.com for these type of deals? I just got a deal on oil filters for my Subie, 6.88 for a pair of Purolator filters (not Pure-ones though) free shipping from the Amazon store... if over 25$

I do. Oil on amazon is rarely a deal. I saw the deal on those filters you got -- too bad it wasn't the pureones. They had some pureone 2 pks. for cheap but no applications that work for me.
