My Vibe had only 1,450 miles on it but was 3 months old so I thought it best to get the oil changed. Decided to spend the extra $10 to have the Pontiac dealer do it ($24.95 vs. my usual $14.95 coupon at Procare) and the Dealer has the Express Lube service. When I arrived I saw this sign that offered 10 oil changes for $119. That's $12 a change. I suppose they are counting on some not using or perhaps losing the card - that won't be me. [And, unlike Procare they apparently don't add the "shop materials" charge to this fee.]

Just thinking.....since I dont have the car/owners manual yet. What kinda oil is recommended for the car? Hopefully not Mobil 1. I already got that in 2 vehicles. Would hate to have to pay to put it in another.
My mom just did a deal with her Chrysler dealer for regular oil changes for the entire time she owns her PT Cruiser for $180.Not too bad of a deal, but I like doing my own.
The GM dealer that I bought both my brand new truck and my wife's Vibe from gave us each the first 5 oil changes free. No appointment needed. And on top of that he has them detailed every time we go.
i didnt get a fancy deal....but every 5th change is free!! yey!i had a beef w/ them a while back...they were putting 5 quarts in my little 3.9 quart engine...arrghh!!!

Well part of the reason we get treated so well is my wife's vibe was the 9th pontiac my family has purchaced from the same salesman in a 6 year span. So we kinda get the red carpet treatment from him.
