Maybe it is all in my mind, but after I got new rims (ASA AR1) and new tires (Goodyear LS) I seem to notice a lot less road noise. The tire pressure on the LS is 38. I like the new look. now I gotta drop it.

Thats great! I went with 18's and every bump is amplified into the car. I did notice that when I pit my winter 16's on though the road noise is gone. Post pics of your rims!

Those wheels LOOK HOT man...!!! Very similar to the ones i had on my VW back in the day... They would look even better in like a graphite color, but that's just my personal prefrence...thanks for the pic, camerphone or not, we can SEE the difference..!!!
Nice rims! They really "POP" against your color Vibe.38psi is a little high, maybe your only riding on a centerpatch of the tire and that's why it's so quiet. lol. J/K.My current tires that I got with my wheel deal are loud ashell. They are Sumitomo HRZ55. I'm only keeping them until this fall when I get a set of good all seasons. Tiresmake a huge difference in road noise. The tires that wereon my oen alloys were Firestone affinity and they were super quiet.

I run at or near 38-40 on my Subaru... They came back from mounting with 44 in them... I might go back to 44 as these Falken 512 suck donky ballzAND they make a HUGE amount of noise.... kinda like an old laser beam sound clip... going around fast off ramps sounds like i'm drifting, although i'm not....
