Plastic on Steering Column

Hi guys,Just bought a used 2006 Vibe last week with 13k miles. Unfortunately, I just noticed the plastic piece on my steering column. The part with 2 halves --- one on top, and one on bottom. They don't fit together well near the igniton...what holds them together? Some type of clips? I can get a picture if necessary.Thanks!

Look on the underside of the lower panel and see if there are any hole's that mite show any screw's that hold the two pieces together....nuvibe
