Here we go again. People posting the same answer multiple times. "Anaheim Mighty Ducks" and "Detroit Redwings Losing" is the same thing!

Boy, good question. I would say the Wild (homer view, I realize) although all of them are surprises. But consider the Wild are in their third year of existence with the lowest payroll in hockey and they were playing a proven playoff team. My $0.02...

Looks good on The Wild to beat Colorado. Nice job. Are you sure the Wild have the lowest payroll? I would have thought that honour would belong to a Canadian team, like Calgary or Edmonton.

quote:Information is right about the Minnesota Wild's payroll. Take a look, please note the position of the Ottawa Senators.... This is what I call the best bang for the buckhttp://www.hockeyoutsider.com/RecentStories.asp?STORY_ID=534I suspect the Wild's position will change in the next few years. Gaborik's contract is up soon, and he will get a ton of dough.

I like how it says "Pontiac" on her shirt. LOL!Anyways, the Wings loosing isn't as big as a shocker as them getting swept by the Ducks. I just wish they would have won at least one game. Oh well. The Wild beating Colorado in game 7 in Denver was the biggest surprise to me. They did awesome. I look forward to the Western Conference Finals to be the Wild vs. the Ducks!

Here's a revised version where she's a little more tan and has "them" bouncing a little longer. Before: After:

I was up with my 6 week old daughter. Good timing on the baby though, at least I can watch all the west coast and late games while I'm up.

I am so glad my son (2 years Monday) sleeps through the night. It wasn't too bad when he did wake up, but it is really nice being able to get a full night of sleep. And yes, fortunate for some and unfortunate for others. I would personally like to see the young teams go at it in the Western Conference Finals.

I am looking forward to sleeping, that is for sure.I am a huge Wild fan, so I it would be great for them to get by the Canucks. It would be great to see the Ducks move on, too. But, I would love to see the Wild play the Stars in the next round. It would be perfect to go up against the team that left Minny.
