6 months, according to a lease mileage you should have between 6,000 and 7,500 give or take based on a 12k or 15k a year lease that is.Get your oil changed and rotate your tires. That's all. They are going to want to inspect and change your wiper blades, top off fluids, check brakes, hoses, exhaust, air filter, change in cabin air filter, etc. etc. They will also charge between $300-400 dollars. It is a good idea to check these things, but take 15 minutes and look under your car yourself. Don't get scammed into that checking stuff.
Thanks....I also heard I can take the car to any licensed mechanic to do it ie wal-mart etc and as long as I keep my receipts it is ok....The sticker says 6 months or 8017 km ... we're at 7 months and 5800 km ... will that be a problem?
Should be alright with a SAE certified mechanic anywhere. My gf's Jeep is under warranty so to not void it we get the oil filter from Jeep and they just put a stamp in her service book since I do the changes myself. The sticker gives you an average. Just do the oil every 3,000 miles (or km equivalent) and rotate your tires every other oil change. Also toss in a bottle of fuel system cleaner with each oil change into your gas tank. Other than that, the car should be worry free and nothing else should really need to be replaced during your lease term, not even tires or brakes for that matter.
