n00b stock sub wiring questions.

Hi all,I am putting in an aftermarket HU for my brother. I have the metra 70-2003 wire harness along the the correct antenna adapter along with the mounting kit. I was just wondering if the 700-2003 also hooks up the stock sub?When I removed the stock HU I notice three connectors:1. Antenna2. Medium size connector in the middle.3 Large size connector on the left side of radio.I bought the harness awhile back(opened it) and can't remember if it contained two or just the one big harness. What's the middle connector for on the stock HU?How do you hook up stock sub connection to aftermarket HU with RCA connectors?Please excuse the n00b questions. in a vibe, if you got the stock sub you also got the external amp that is part of the moon&tunes (or sun&sound) package. I think the same deal applies to matrixes, you can get the sub if you also get the amp under the passenger seat. That amp is what drives the sub, not the head unit directly. If you are bypassing that amp, or never had one, then you'd need to wire it up, but if your headunit is just feeding the factory amp, the wiring to the sub should not be affected,
