First I would like to say that if I didn't find this site a couple of weeks ago I wouldn't be getting a Vibe. My local dealer just called today and he found the color that I wanted (Shadow monotone GT Vibe). I go tomorrow to do the paper work and should have it by friday or saturday. The dealer is doing a trade to get my Vibe. Thanks for providing a infomative web site and all the postings in this forum.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Vibe ownership. And a Shadow GT to boot. Well, it just doesn't get any better!! I guess mine was a dealer trade as well. It was for another person who backed out so his loss was my gain. And what a gain it was!! Anyway, congrats and welcome!

Update: Well went down to take care of the paper work for the GT shadow monotone that I intended to buy and seen a Satellite Vibe GT monotone next to it. Had my heart set on the shadow, but bought the satellite instead. I will post pic's next week when I get my camera back.

It all started out with, ya I wanted the AWD, next the base Vibe would be fine with our winters up here. A couple weeks ago did a search with Google and found this site . Did some reading for a couple nights and became a member now I wanted the GT. My dealer did a trade to get my GT and also received a Satellite GT. I asked him can I buy the satellite instead, he said sure. Thats my story on how I changed my mind.
