Woot! wedding money rocks!

Post by ShotInTheDark »

Well I have just returned from a 9 day sabatical. I belive a lot of people would call it a honeymoon. I spent the entire time in the Mayan Riviera between 70-100 miles south of Cancun in Mexico. My new wife and I had a spledid trip and returned to find a large amount of cash as wedding presents. Now me being fair and all, beings it it her car, I quickly ordered an intake. Now, what else should I do with another 400-500$ to play with. I'm not looking for eye pleaseing mods strictlty performance. Any advice would be nice.

Ptuning.com has a very nice package deal involving a Borla catback exhaust and Injen intake. It is like $541.00

Look into the Thermal R&D exhaust. I'm not sure of the power gain, but it sounds good.

I agree with you, go with the FLOWmaster. They sound AWESOME! Then some performance wheels and rubber.

quote:I already ordered the injen intake. I was disappointed that it doesn't come in blue for the gt.It does come in blue for the Vibe GT. I ordered one from Adventon.com in blue. If you see a site that has the different colored Injen intakes, take a look under Toyota Matrix XRS. The unfortunate part, I checked Adventon recently and they did not have the blue intake available anymore. It took a while to get mine, but it looks awesome. Here is a pic of it. I am installing it this weekend and I will have pics after the install as well.
