Power window/lock plastic piece on driver's door popped out?

The other day I noticed that the piece of plastic with all of the power window controls (by the driver's seat) had suddenly popped out on one of the sides. (I have no idea what to call the piece...) Has anyone else had this happen to them? What might have caused the problem? I'm guessing it was probably a bolt or something that popped out somewhere, but I honestly have no idea. Might it be something that I (not a car genius) could fix? (FWIW the biggest thing I've done on a car was changing the headlight bulb on my Vibe) Any advice/ideas appreciated - THANKS!Here's a picture: (Notice the left side)

no bolts hold it in. all plastic clips. just push it back in.

Yup - I looked again, closer this time. Apparently all of the clips on the right side (towards the inside of the car) are gone....

it's been known to happen. if you're under warranty, go for it, otherwise, you can probably get one cheap on ebay or go to gmpartsdirect.com

Well here is a piece of a how-to remove door panel, it may help.Carefully pry up at the top of the electric window/door lock control panel, pull the top of the assembly out about ½”, then pull the whole assembly up and out. There is a L-shaped piece at the bottom that prevents it from coming straight up and out.http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=24086

Do you know what the piece is called? I have no idea.... Would fixing this just involve replacing the broken piece of plastic or would I have to buy everything including the switches? I would go and take a look but I can't get to my Vibe right now.Thanks for the replies everyone!

I would go and take a look but I can't get to my Vibe right now.Thanks for the replies everyone!as to what it's called, i don't know and i no longer have my part identification sheets, so i can't look it up for you. but i've heard the terms window switch bezel, window switch trim, and similar terms tossed around.as to replacing it, the switches separate from the trim piece underneath, so you just have to replace the plastic trim itself.

This part is the same on the Matrix as on the Vibe, right? I called a couple of Pontiac dealers and they want about $40-50 for the part. I called a couple of Toyota dealers and one said that they could get it for $20 or so, but both asked for my VIN to confirm that it's the right part, and I'm assuming that wouldn't work. And on GMPartsDirect.com it would be about $35 shipped. Any ideas here?
