Anyone here been watching Dresden Files?

I started watching this show on a whim, and now I'm pretty much addicted to it. Been thinking of picking up the books the series is based on. Anyone else?

Yeah I have been watching too. I watched the first episode just to see what it was all about and I like it well enough. I'm not really into the whole wizard magic stuff so I won't be rushing out to buy the books, but I will continue to watch the show for as long as it's on.

Yep the wifey and I never miss it. We like alot of the Sci-Fi channel shows... and don't forget only 9 more episodes of Star Gate. I think it has been going for about 10 years now. Pain Killer Jane first episode was pretty good; we will see how that plays out.

i've seen all but 2 or 3 of the episodes, they are alright. my friend has been reading the books, she says they are way better. there are differences though. bob isn't a ghost, he's an air elemental. dresden has a girlfriend instead of a new fling every week. also, on sci fi, they are airing episodes wwwaaayyy outta order. the first episode that was aired, was actually the 4th filmed. and the episode that was ment to be the season finale was aired a few weeks ago, the episode where bob got stolen. it's kind of interesting the differences.

I've seen the first half dozen or so. It's pretty good.I have the remaining episodes downloaded so I will get around to watching them before too long.I love sci fi. Hopefully, this won't go the way of Invasion, Threshold, Surface, Enterprise, etc.Being on SciFi, though, it has a good chance of being renewed. At least until their parent network reworks the format and forces it to be an outlet for CSI: Pokipsy

I catch an episode here and there, tho it will be less now that the BSG season is over. Not to bad,I have a friend who reads the books and says they are awesome.
