Anyone Here Play....

I tend to read these boards alot and seems like to get to know a little more and more about everyone here.i was wondering if anyone here played World Of Warcraft or other MMORPG, keeps me home on the weeks days so i save my money

I used to play EQ over 5 years ago, EQ2 about 2-3 yrs ago, and now WoW every so often. I started playing WoW in April 06 a couple hours a night (or every other night) until about August 06 I got my only character (NE Hunter - used to play a Human Ranger in EQ) up to level 45 or so -- I really enjoyed the BGs, mildly enjoyed the economics of the auction house, and barely the super easy questing system. I did enjoy instance crawls, but I ended up losing interest, because I just didn't network like I did in the EQ days (ran a guild of over 100 at one point)...I really didn't want to go back to that style of play. I don't know, maybe I should have joined a different guild.Anywho, I had begun playing again a few months back with a co-worker and his friends/family on a different server as a Troll hunter (pretty fun, never played Horde), only to lose interest in the rinse-repeat feel of levelling, gearing up, levelling, gearing up, etc. Oh, and school happened too Oh, and world PvP was fun too...maybe I'll get back into it.

lol ya the instances can get too long for just a night I have a 70 UD priest and a 65 TN Hunter Burning cursade is fun was a nice change for the game alot of new areas

I don't play WoW because of the monthly fee.However I do play Guild Wars Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall. I have all three games combined into one account so I can access all of them with my characters. Currently I have a Dervish, Paragon, Ritualist, Assassin, Ranger, Warrior x2, Elementalist, and Mesmer. I own a Guild with a Guild Hall but currently I'm the only member lol. It was handed to me when everyone else left so I kept it. I'll probably start recruiting soon. I only PvE... not really interested in PvP.If anyone here plays GW let me know your name and I'll look ya up sometime.

I've been hooked on Second Life lately since tryin it out. It's a fun time waster, meet some cool people thats for sure.

when i played GW it seems like it was more toward pvp then pve because you lv so fast

My wife, my daughter, and I play Guild Wars. Been known to hang out with Phil (Mav) on GW a few times too. Can't keep up with Phil on the expansions though. Gets expensive having to buy three copies of each!I also hang out in a little game world called Cthulhu Nation.http://www.cthulhunation.co.uk

So I got stuck with both... Ah well.

I kicked my WoW habit back in Feb. Lvl 60 Shadow Priest and a 55 Fury/Arms Warrior. I am waiting for the new Warhammer MMO to go live, I am on the beta list so hopefully I will get a taste before then. Also have a City of Heros account sitting dormant.Tho I am thinkin about getting a new RTS, the new C&C or Dawn of War. Would love to play with some gen vibers.

my fiances dad bought WOW: BC... watever the new one is, hes on it all the time too.If anyone plays it ill talk to him and see what his username or whatever it is so anyone whos a nut can join him. haha.Ima xbox360 junkie.I just have unreal tournament (too many hackers/flammers too) and halo and FEAR for PC

My friend Sean has first dibs on my spare faction account. I'm simply using it for storage on the characters but thats getting to be a pain. Otherwise Pycho I'll keep you in mind should I plan on getting rid of it.

well for those who play Guild Wars and have gotten to the Prophecies mission Thunder Head Keep probably recall how much of a pain in the (removed) that mission is. I have lost count of how many times I have failed that mission trying to do it with my mesmer, warrior, ranger and elementalist. I finally beat it with my mesmer about 5 months ago and never looked back. Well I got there with my nightfall dervish the other day. I couldn't find anyone to help me with it so last night all drugged up on nyquil I took my dervish, 4 heros and 3 hench into THK. I beat the mission in like 30 mins...I guess the trick is nyquil
