A week ago I saw a blue vibe with a hood scoop.. dark tint and black rims. Dunno who it was but Hi!

I saw a blue one here in Appleton a cople of times with a mustang looking hood scoop. It was driving the opposite way I was going so I couldn't chase it down.I was thinking of putting a Charger hood scoop on my stock (winter) hood. I like that look!
