Rear wiper replacement

I need to replace the rear wiper insert on my Vibe.I remember when I first joined GenVibe, I saw a thread about where to order two inserts, pretty cheap, and how to do it.I bookmarked the thread, but the computer it was on has since bitten the dust. And a search doesn't seem to find it.Anyone remember the post? The inserts came without the metal strips, and the post had nice instructions on how to do this. Or perhaps someone has instructions, and a source for inexpensive inserts? They are quite pricy from either the Pontiac, or Toyota dealerships.TIA!

I bought mine at the Toyota dealer, it was really cheap. I just don't remember how cheap.
