Need opinions

All right, i have the mr grille billet grill and i know some of you guys have seen it, but i an debating on painting it black but i am not sure. i just need to know what u all think.

yes, but you should paint them all black, not just one. they need to match imo. whatever you do, DON'T paint them RED! from previous experience. looks very lame.

No. I think the affect of the billet depends on the metallic nature. Painting it will ruin the look.

it's cool..way to do it is use the laso tool..once u got the grills or whatever..hit ctrl+u and a box pops up..and i just adjusted the lightness to abit darker

Well, i got opinions from both genvibe and matrixowners, they are totally opposit. on genvibe it is the billet winning and on matrixowners it is the black winning. so i will go with people who know the car best and keep it billet.

I say black so that the front end can have more contrast. I don't like the look of silver on silver.

I've never been a fan of billet, so I would go black. I will be painting my lower grille soon to match the bumper and getting an 03-04 Trix grille soon.

I like black too.But,why waste the money on the new grilles,cause if you paint them black,you won't even notice them.I would have stayed with the stock ones if you were to do black.

the difference between black billets and stock ones is that someone whos sees the car may think they are stock until they get up close to them, and then it becomes a shocker. plus there are not than many black billets.

Ya that's true.But,it's your car,right.I like the billet look on yours,monochromatic looks different from other Vibes.I have black grilles and like the look of them.But we all have them.Being different is what sets us apart.

i picked no. cuz it looks nice in silver, but the blacks good with the car too and the lil emblem sticker.IF you get older headlights... then i would paint them black.

no it still looks good, just if you go black pain the bottom black too.it just would go a lot better with the older blacked out headlights. IMO.

What's the difference between the newer and older headlights.

the newer ones are chrome housing and the older ones are black

I like them silver b/c there are no vibes around here that have silver grills (billet), but every so often when i look at them i picture them in black and wonder how they would look.
