Finally Fixing the Fog Lamps (done by next week!)

Post by Whelan »

Finally did it. Since my passenger fog is cracked and my drivers one has a bulb out. I said F' this and am fixing it all up. The driver's side is a bit hazy but I can clean that up. I got a new one off Ebay for $60 (not bad). I also ordered the yellow overlays from Ycart for $10. And a set of clear lexan style hard covers from Mivibetoolguy on genvibe to keep them free from breakage and pitting ($25) So all total this project will cost me $95. Not to shabby for keeping your lights clean, free from breaking, and adding some color. Plus my Trix is black so it should look slick.Question for those who have these already. Did you just run a stock 9006 bulb or something different. I am going to be using a stock OEM bulb since I have about 5 of them in my trunk!
