Installed new HU but need to know how to get radio reception back

While installing my new HU, I tore the antennae connection trying to pull it out of the stock HU. How can I fix so that I can attach to the antennae adapter for the new HU. Also, I know that we have powered antennae's in our cars. How do I hook up the power from the new HU to the antennae. I know its the blue wire but I don't know how to hook it up.Thanks for any help in advance.

I fugured it out after searching the forum. Stripped the cars antenna wire down and drilled the attachment out then reattached and crimped. Cut the Black wire and attached to the red power wire on the head unit. Radio reception is back now.
