It should handle a double DIN unit, the stock radios were single DIN so they used the bottom portion as a storage bin. Right below the radio are the climate controls, and right above are the A/C vents, clock, hazard switch, and passenger air bag status light. I've attached a way too small pic for ya. I'm not sure how it all comes apart, you could always go ask or look around at ElantraXD. BTW, if you need it when you're taking that sucker apart, Hyundai has online shop manuals available for anyone to use free of charge. Go to http://www.hmaservice.com and register; if the registration e-mail doesn't go through (sometimes it's flaky like that) you can click the lost password stuff and it will get mailed to you that way. BTW, gotta have Internet Explorer for it to work right. (arrgh! )Should be a fairly easy install... Good luck to ya!

If I didn't, I wouldn't be "GenVibe's resident Hyundai (removed)!"

Here, I did the dirty work for ya. Just take off the one huge piece of trim on the dash... It starts to the left of the wheel, goes around the gauge cluster, then to the right of the wheel swoops down and has all the stuff in the center stack. Four screws and a bunch of clips. Here's a howto for it.Be careful with the clips though, speaking from experience on previously taking apart a Hyundai (not mine though!) They'll probably be holding the trim on super tight, and if you're not careful when prying the trim loose, the clips can fly off the trim panel and falling into the dash never to be found again. It seems a lot of people lose those things.Hope this helps!
