People seem to like them, I can get them at a good price. Everyone says the Eagle TS-A's on my AWD Trix now suck but I have not experienced anything wrong as of yet. But I would love a good all season tire, with slight V tread pattern and this seems to fit the bill. Opinions?
I've had them on for about 3 thousand miles and a few snow storms. No complaints at all. Hopefully they will still do the job after 30,000. Unlike my Eagles. I got mine from Sears for $110 a piece. Lowest price I could find for them not on the web.
TripleTred's have been highly recommended on this site by current users. Another popular tire on this site lately has been the Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S: http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=25445

I've heard good things about the Pilot Exalto's. I have had experience with Bridgestone Potenze RE950 (my favorite so far), Toyot Proxes 4, Falken ZX-512's for performance and Kelly's for snow. But I guess when the time comes late summer early fall I will have to choose one or the other. I know Michelin's can be pricey.I have 40k on my Eagle's now and they are good for another 10-15.
Sorry to revive such an old thread, but didn't want to create a new one. Just had a new set of Assurance TripleTreds put on (205/55/16) my GT and so far so good. Bought the car in December with a pair of worn Yokohamas that had me sliding all over the place so the difference is pretty noticeable. Just wondering, for those of you who have had these on for a couple of years now, how are they holding up?Got a great price, btw. My local Goodyear/Gemini retailer matched tirerack.com's price (after putting up quite a fight about it) of $99 each, and I've got a $40 mail-in rebate coming back to me as well.
