OK, the de-badging was a success. Here's my two cents:1) Use the hair dryer - it's easier to get them off this way.2) I used a plastic scraper normally used for ceramic cooktop cleaning.3) Use "Oops Latex Paint Remover" - it works better than Goof-Off and 3M Adhesive and Wax remover.4) Take your time! Don't work the remover solvent too hard, it will dull the surface a bit.5) Use a spotlight at an angle to see how your doing.6) I found that using a "cleaner wax", then wax, then detailer totally eliminated all signs of the badges' existence.It took 2 hours. Oh, and 5 minutes extra trying to formulate some kind of clever word with the removed lettering, but not much you can do with "vib", "e", "g", and "t".Thanks for the original thread, also.
It took me 30 minutes. 20 lb test fishing string and some goof off. No scratches, No glue, Looks real nice!
