Good luck, my paint was a pain in the @$$, and I couldn't get one of the lug nuts to come off, I had to go to a dealership to get them to take it off, turns out it was over-torqued at the factory.

Yeah, this was the first time I took them off, it was vary difficult to break them, they were just too tight.

wow that looks great. Expecially the drums. I have had the caliper paint for a while now, but I'm dreading having to pry off my tires again. My lug nuts were absolute ^%@##*& to get off also. lol. But maybe they will be a bit loser this time.Quote, originally posted by mcgusto82 »Why do you guys like to put the "VVT-I" emblems on these cars?i think it looks tacky. ... I like that sticker. whats funny bout the vvt-i is that i went through a burger joint and some guy told me that his mom and a rental like mine but he said the she had the base vibe not the VVT-i one. i laughed alittle and told him that that was what the motor is called. then i explained it to him. he said that cause i have mine under the Vibe in the door.

just out of sheer curiosity, what kind of paint do you use for that? I mean, can it be regular, or does it have to be high heat (for us big brakers)?

That would be awsome... I don't know if I would do the drums or not, depends on how the disk look (or front calipers... I am not that car dumb that I would paint the disks...)

I like em V, and the VVT-i decal too. Isn't that a rather traditional Pontiac thing to do? I wonder how many see the Toyota connection with that?
