I was just curious what catchy personalized plates people have put on there car. I haven't put any on yet, but was thinking of getting some when my plates expire next month.

there is a similar thread on this already. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=1081 i myself have several personalized plates:"IGOBYU" on my first car and my '00 laser red cougar. also contributed to my speeding ticket from the cop when he said "nice plates""2NDEBT" on my toyota tundra"RIZRKT" on my vibe. i am considering changing them to "TRD VB" or "TRDVIB" but haven't made a final decision on it.for christmas i got my mom personalized plates that read "GRANDY" since that's what the grandkids call her and i couldn't think of anything else other than "IGOSLO" or "BZYLDY"today i saw a chiropractor's plates that said "IFXBAX" (i fix backs) and that was pretty funny!
Personalized plates are like $250 here in canada though a guy I know wants to sell his Vibe plates that say IGOTVIBE for $150 which I turned down for the moment. He can only sell them to someone with a Vibe or it looks dumb. He wrote his off in an accident which is why he is trying to get rid of them.

Ontario personalized plates (with no picture) cost $215ish - I say "ish" because if you buy them at the Kiosk there's a convenience fee. I think mine were $218.

I wanted some, but it was an extra $25 bucks here in Iowa. And a friend of mine talked me out of it. I wanted to put SHDWCAT on it, but he was like why, nobody will understand it. Yeah but I will, that is why they are called personalized. I spent so much time deliberating that I almost forgot to renew at all. Maybe next year.
$85 here to renew, and I think $120 for the intital plate/license. My Vibe has plain ol' plates. At least until it gets a SC. Truck has personalised plates though:I FXITWhy? Cus' thats all I hear...its broke fix it!

‘03 Vibe with 317k and still going.............................
I've got them on my Vibe, I think that here in California that they run $50 and then $25 extra per year. Mine are my son's initials RAD, with this addition SDAD, so RADSDAD. My wife's Mercedes says RADSMOM. They're a matching set, I guess when we have our second we'll have to figure another RAD intial
My plates have just been ordered a few weeks back. Soon the vibe shall read GUAMISH. Heh common misconception of what to call people from guam. I could not get Guambat. i thought that would have been great.
I'm cheap, so I went with initial reserve..only $10 more than regular plates. I used my initials and birthday.

Slammed Vibe....gonna change it to "ROLLIN" in the spring since I have the Voltz vinyl now....can't have two names on your car or people will get confused, besides the fact only like two people knew what SLMD stood for "...slimmed vibe? What's that mean?" Then I say "repeat that to yourself and tell me if it makes any sense".
