Extention warranty

My dealer call me to ask if i'm interested to extent warranty until i reach 100000km,now i got like almost 55000,so 100000-55000=45000for 1350$Since now,i never got problem with it.

Is it a GM warranty or is it from a different company? It was ~$1900 US for a GM warranty good for 54,000 mi (86,904 km) on mine, bumper-to-bumper GM MajorGuard warranty, zero deductible. Not sure what that translates to in Canadian currency. I got a $4,000 transmission out of the deal plus a bunch of other smaller stuff, so it wasn't too bad. If it is through GM, and you think you may need it, it's never a bad idea. If it isn't GM... Some 3rd party warranties can be questionable, often aren't worth the paper they are written on though.
