Our "family" Christmas isn't until next weekend, but my sister and I exchanged gifts yesterday, mine was a thanks for watching our house and dogs when we were away/Christmas gift. Hmmm, let's see.The Fiance and I decided to buy our own presents this year. The Fiance got car repairs, I got a Vibe The Parents gave me the usual.. CASH, which after the Vibe purchase, I was in need of, lol.The Fiance's parents got me a few odds and ends for the Vibe (protectant, keychain, etc). A few other misc. things.Got a nice bonus from work that was unexpected as well.Everybody was happy and, for the most part, healthy. So, all in all, a pretty good Christmas.
Our Christmas was sad, since we had all our money wrapped up in the house, and moving, and other expenses, we had NO money for presents, so we improvised. Our REAL presents were a wedding from her parents, and the house from us....But we did litttle things to make the year special. I gave her a "special" night with the new fireplace, and dinner infront of the fire, and all the cute little special things that makes a girl week in the knees.... and she gave me.... well... a "reward" for being sweet Other than that we just got a few small things from the family. Mostly things for the house, a knife set, a bottle of wine (I Love wine), dishes, towels, and other such household items.
I got a few odds and ends. Some shirts, dremel, Bazooka tube, Dynomax muffler (had it installed before xmas though), Cosmo SR Intake (should be here on Friday).
2006 Vibe (base) - Platinum Silver, 5 spd, ABS, Power Package, Infinity Speakers, Dynomax muffler, Cosmo SR intake - SOLD
I hate being the last post on a page, cause then no one sees it any more. Very few people will read the pages before the last one..... oh well... for those interested I am back there somewhere..... and I wish I had a Dremel. I don't even have a drill yet. I have to borrow tools from mt Father in law

I have to borrow tools from mt Father in lawI'll tell you something that was told to me when we bought our house a few months ago. At the time I only had the basics (hammer, screwdrivers, etc). Anyway a friend of mine told me that in no time I'd have more tools than I would have room because when you own a house you continuously need things. And it's true. I bought a nice cordless drill not too long ago, and just went out yesterday and bought a circular saw to help with the process of ripping up the old floor so I can put tile down.

Good, cause I got both a sears and Home Depot gift card from my Mom. I want a Drill, Trash Can (don't laugh, we need a big one, this is the first time I don't live in an apartment that had a dumpster near me), and a ladder.... I am sure there is more stuff, but those are our main needs right now....Anyway, back to topic, what else did every one get?
