LOL!!! Our cat "covered" the engine up when it was off because he did not like the smokes smell! He does not mess with it though in general. Any pet would probably learn a leason if it challenged it, the engine alone weighs 6 lbs and could cause some hurt!

Cool GMJAP, start them off young!Thanks Sam! It really is cool, it makes all kinds of noises and sounds, has a bell and horn, all due to the on board PC. The smoke unit can be turned on and off and has a fan inside which is what pushes the smoke out like that. If left alone, it will smoke you out of the room! And then Amy yells at me! The engine is also all metal and has a mode that lets people board and then with the touch of one button says "all aboard" and takes off on its own. And this train is a few years old, the newer have even more to them! It is made by MTH or Mikes Train House. Huge competition for Lionel trains. My dad still has his old Lionel which he already told me will be mine when he is gone. Worth some $$ too.

i wish i knew where my lionel, i lost it somewhere in a move. i had a whole bunch of different cars. i even had a diesel style engine that was huge and could pull anything! that sucker cost about $120 15 years ago.

My son would fight you for that, but he'll have to stick with his Thomas stuff since for now he's only 2.! lol

Trains are so fun.. I have a Brio set in my Parents house still.I also had the Lego Monorail Unfortunately now my only RC stuff is my helicopter..which..I just remembered I need to order some parts for, doh!
