My son has a new friend, Michelle, she came to the house last Saturday night, and they watched videos and hung out.She seemed like a very nice girl, her mom came and picked her up at 11:00pm, after she and her husband had gone to a movie together.On Wednesday, Michelle was to come to the house for lunch with Evan, (the high school is right across the road).That morning, one of Michelle's friends told Evan that Michelle would not be at school today , because her dad had a heart attack last night on the way home from work and died in the hospital.The service was this afternoon, and Evan has gone to see her tonight, (he ordered flowers and picked them up before his work, to bring them to her family, all his idea, I am so proud of him).In the notice in the paper, the mom (Terri) wrote:"In remembrance of Tim, tell someone you love them, volunteer in your community, make donations to a charity of your choice"wow. I think that takes some strength.

Really amazing strength Terri has. Your son sounds like a great kid.I always tell my friends and family I love them because you never know if tomorrow will come and why wait until the funeral to say what a great person they were and how much they mean to you .. tell them now.
