Idiots and vandalism, need freakin hubcaps.

Post by dirtydeeds »

Ok, so as probably none of you know, im a college student. Well i live in an apartment complex, with many pretty girls and such. See, i have a girlfriend who ives a few hours away, and i became good friends with the girl who lives next to me...Honestly nothing ever went on with us...well her boyfriend thought otherwise...He went to town on my car with a bat. I wake up, to my windshield smashed in, a few dents, and my ****in HUBCAPS busted up...seriously, who goes after hupcaps? well anyway. I can't prove it was him who did it, but i know it was....I already replaced the windshield, had the dents popped, but i need hubcaps. where the hell can i get some? i mean seriously...just hubcaps, i dont want anything fancy.

I picked up a set of cheapies a few weeks ago for $44 at Discount Tire to cover the steel wheels I got with a new set of winter tires. They look pretty good, but are plastic.

I'd say the time has come for vehicle security systems to have video servalence as an option.

Bleach in the gas tank is nice...but you can't prove that repeated nails in tires is vandalism.I think I've made my point.

You think you are sure who did it, but you only think so. Also, if it was the boyfriend, it would be better vengeance and better for the girl to convince her that the boyfriend is a violent vindictive immature dangerous person. Get her to dump him, he's a psycho.I assume you told the cops who you think did it.

i vote no retaliation. if you do, he will know it was you and probably tear the vibe i new one. not to mention, perhaps you aren't the baddest hombre on the block and end up getting our (removed) royally kicked to boot. be the adult here.

That is hard, cause I know on this side of the fenc eI say "be the bigger man, don't get even, leave him alone" kind of things, but if any one touched my Vibe, esspecially for something like that, I know I would be plotting something. But try and not do anything, just fix up the Vibe again, and make it look better than ever.

I can't help but think I could find them cheaper with more searching. http://www.hubcaps-wheelcovers...s.htmQuote, originally posted by drunkenmaxx »if you don't care about what kind, just go to kmart or walmart and get some 30-40 dollar ones. some actually look ok.I agree with that. Personally, I'd get one of these two sets for $48 or $58 plus shipping for all four!http://www.jcwhitney.com/autop...10101h ... op...10101(EDIT: I followed the Genvibe Ad link to http://www.partstrain.com and found the oem hubcaps for $28, I don't know about shipping)
