Winter tire question

Post by ngilbert »

A question for anyone who has winter tires on their ride: What size are you using? 15"? 16"? I am considering new wheels this summer, but consider keeping the stock 16" alloys and mounting winter tread. Or another option is to pick up 15" steelies and hub cabs (ugh) and mount winter tread on those, and sell the stock wheels. Lots of options.Anyone go thru this already? Thanks

Try using the site's search feature on this topic, you will find many previous responses. I will be upgrading to 17" aftermarket wheels this summer and saving the stock 16" ones for putting on snow tires to use in the winter.
