Last night I installed an XS Engineering Power Pack II Iginition Amplifier that BlueCrush sold to me a week or two ago. Unfortunately, since I have a different model Vibe, it didn't mount quite right and so I had to custom fabricate my own mounting bracket. Which was an absolute b*** to do but turned out pretty good. Here are some pics of the final installation. (sry for the rediculously large size)there should be 3 pictures totalHere is a pic of the wiring. I just had to cut the main power feeds to the coil and attach them to the wires from the Power Pack.Anyways, the product adds up to 20lbs of torque and up to 7hp. The torque is the main thing that I have already noticed. It feels great and I love it lol
Sweet! Your bracket looks great! Glad to hear you are experiencing nice results. You are now the second person to have done this. It is a very easy mod. It is just the mounting bracket that takes the most time.Nice Job, Tyler.

I was kinda stepping out on a limb with this mod(cuz I don't know much about wiring or fabricating metal pieces), but it turned out real well. Do you think I should check the fuse often, or should it be fine for a pretty long time?
That is exactly how I felt when I did it last year, too. Stepping out on a limb. I was a little apprehensive about cutting those wires, but once I did that it was all good. The fuse should be fine for a long time. I would check it once a year with your spring cleaning/maintenance.

thanks bluecrush didnt know exactly how to find them, i just assumed that since i hadnt seen it in my serach for vibe parts that i may have to look for aftermarket parts to fit celicas or other 1zz engine apps. anyway thanks much for that like ive said in other places i plan on doing all i can as far as engine performance but want to keep in NA for gas mileage reasons.

I'm actually starting to win races from dead stops now. That little bit of torque really makes a big difference
