Idiot of the day award

Post by PHXLavaVibe »

Can anyone top this?Yesterday my wife and I went to the mall to pick up the Gears of War game for my new 360. When we got back to our apartment around 2pm I put my key in the door and opened it so my wife could go in. I stayed outside for a minute to finish my cigarette and then went inside. The game by the way is awesome! The night went on with lots of game play and watching TV. When I got up thismorning to get ready for work I couldn't find my keys. I woke my wife up and asked her if she knew where they were, and no luck. We both looked all over the apartment and couldn't find them. I was just about to call my parents and have them bring my spare set of car keys over when I retraced my steps from last night. I knew I couldn't have left them at the store because I drove home and all of my keys are on the same keychain. I just couldn't figure it out so I decided to go outside and have a smoke and think. I opened the door and there were my keys. Still in the lock! I just about had a heart attack after I thought about what could have happened if someone came up my stairs and took my keys. They could have unlocked the door and robbed us or killed us or even steal my car and all of my belongings I have in the car. My alarm remote is on my keys as well so all they would have had to do is hit the button and find my car. Then they would have had access to my gun and the key card to open the gate to our complex. Needless to say I win the Idiot of the day award. I will deffinately be more cautions from now on.

I've had to break into every house I've lived in so far. & I've left my Sunfire's door standing wide open all night one time. good thing I live on a dead-end road without much traffic

You see, have more faith in people -or- you've got good "Vibe" Kharma. I've done that before. I once forgot my wallet in a bar bathroom and it was turned in. Doh' !!!!!!Glad you found them. I hate that feeling when you are running around the house looking for a wallet or keys and your heart is sinking. I've tracked people down when I've found wallets or cell phones so remember, what goes around comes around.

I have an appointment to get an Arthrogram MRI done on my shoulder today. Being stuck in a LOUD machine for nearly 2 hours doesn't sound very lucky to me at all. On the other hand though I get the rest of the day off from work.

On the night I got alchohol poisoning A friend and I mixed around 20 or so different hard alchohols in a 64oz cup and took shots until it was all gone. Then we topped that off with a bottle of Gold Schloger and Canadian Whiskey. I was deffinately (removed) drunk. I remember my glasses fell of my face and into the toilet. And I was later told that I even whipped it out and pissed all over the couch and my friend who was passed out at the time. By the end of that night I was in the emergency room getting my stomach pumped. I don't remember much of that night but I know I woke up on my parents kitchen floor. They were extreamily upset seems how this all happened on their anniversary. I was allowed to stay the night at a friends house and evrything went to hell.

I am glad you AND the vibe are ok however. Keep an eye on those keys from now on, and make sure no one steals that Vibe.... that would be the end of all life as we know it....

In fact it got so that whenever his keys were lost I'd look in the lock outside first.
