Help! Need a Lug Nut!

Post by MNMSGALL »

So yeah, I had just gotten some 16" vibe wheels, and lugs from another fellow Genvibe member, and somewhere in between my house and the in the shop, one of the lug nuts for the wheels got lost (I think the mechanic lost it, but he claims to not know where it went ). Anyhow...anyone know where I can get one, or have one I can buy? Or even the proper size so I can get it off EBay or something like that.thanks

Yeah, I am going to call my dealer tomorrow, and see if they can hook me up with one. If it falls through, or if they want an arm and a leg for a lug, then I will check with you. Thanks, I really appreciate the offer and advice!

also, check the Toyota Dealer. When I lost one, I bought one from them since GM dealer didn't have any in stock.

Okay, I checked with both dealerships, and they dont have any in stock. and they wanted $10 for one lug nut . Anyhow, if you are still willing to part with one, let me know how much you want for it including shipping.thanks

Do not worry if you are missing just one you are OK to still drive. Make sure the remaining are tight. Get it replaced though but it is not a huge emergency.

Great news! The tire shop called me today and apologized profusely for being so adamant that they did not lose the lug, being that the manager found it this morning sitting in the bay where my car was. Anyway, thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it!
