Chassis Lubrication

I have 32,000 miles and almost four years on my 2003 vibe base/automatic. To date, I have only performed oil changes every 3,000 miles. I am now contemplating doing some more maintenance. Can someone explain what is meant by the term Chassis lubrication, i.e., what is lubricated? Is this necessary? I was planning on changing the antifreeze, air filter, and cabin filter. Is there anything else I should do? Thanks.

as far as I have been able to tell, there are no chassis lubrication points in a Vibe. welcome to genvibe!Still on the factory tires? how are they holding up?
