converting AVI - MPEG/GIF
Anyone know where i can get a program to convert avi videos to mpeg or gif files.My digital camera makes avi videos i believe and i wanted to make them mpegs.any help would be awesome

I don't know alot... anything... about converting these files but I found this, so I hope it helps.

ok so previous plan didnt work... i wanna make one of the short clips i made into a file thats compatible with our avatar. i guess its a GIF file.how can i make a avi/mgeg into a gif? if anyone can ill send them the video tonight. thanks
