I was thinking the other day and as crazy as i am in the next year or so i want to convert the vibe into a toyota voltz I was just thinking and it came to my head how awesome would that be to have a right hand drive car and look like it came like that well yes i know what you are all going to say its going to be thats alot of money or your crazy lol but its all good it will be something diffrent and plus ill be going to school fo rall this stuff so why not???? any way i want to know if anyone car help me find parts for the interior of the car its pretty much just the front (passenger and driver) parts i will be needing since eveything is swaped. also any pictures or information on the drive shaft since it is changing from one side to the other..i want to read up on this car as much as possible and see if it can be done im pretty sure it can but i want to do it so please help me in this awesome project to come in the future and if you dont think it can be done give me some feed back on what you think it would be greatly appriciated thanx

lol, i'd switch to a performance school 'cause you're probly gonna spend about as much. but hey it's your deal... Good luck with whatever you come up with & keep us posted.

This will be quite an adventure. To make a LH car a RH car you’re going to need: steering rack, and most if not all the dash, peddle assembly with cables (might be able to modify yours). Plus a lot of other things I can't think of right now.Your best bet would be to import a Voltz (wrecked or otherwise) from Japan, and put that stuff in your car.Edit: don't forget the power folding side view mirrors

you would have to replace the firewall...hate to say it but like Jeremy96gase said it would be cheaper to buy a voltz.

yea your gonin to have to completely remove and install a RH firewall. best to import one.

OH, the firewall. That's the kicker. The Japanese version of the firewall is not DOT certified. You can't license your car as a Right hand driver unless you have a DOT certified Firewall. At least that's the way it is in Washington State, but you'll have to check your local laws. There is a guy in the Seattle area that went though the same thing on a Saab 900 or 80's BMW 3 (don't remember which). He had to have documents/pictures that said he was using the stock firewall, with new holes, and the old holes where sealed.

you know what, dont worry about it guys ill find a way just watch money is not the issue when im going to be at school only time. they give me all the parts i will be needing its just wiring is what getts me to swap it from one side to the other but alright thanx any way for the encouragement as yes im being sarcastic hahaonly time will tell if this is actually going down you know?? laterz everyone
