west virginia attractions

so apparently cabela's is an attraction in west virginia..not just an awesome sporting goods store

awesome.i had an aunt and uncle that lived up there for a few years. when i went to visit i definitely noticed that it was a beautiful place (driving through the mountains in spring was truly glorious), but other than the capital building (which for some reason i remember as having a golden dome), there wasn't much in the way of "attractions" in the area we were in.

My dad used to live in Charles Town WV. I lived there for a year, I wouldn't be surprised if that were considered an attraction! There is a lot of historic stuff out there though, so you wouldn't think that would be such a big deal.
